We are excited to welcome Tom Jones to the team as our newest Managing Consultant.
Tom was most recently an electrical system planning engineer at consulting and engineering services firm, Commonwealth Associates, Inc., and before that held engineering and management positions at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). His extensive experience in power system analysis, planning, and operations and wholesale power markets will inform the strategic and technical advice we provide to clients that are developing transmission and generation infrastructure to decarbonize the power system. Tom’s expertise includes transmission planning, distribution planning, generator interconnection, and power system modeling. He is a registered professional electrical engineer and a U.S. Veteran from the Air National Guard.
