Our highly engaged team of energy consultants are core to our growth strategy. Despite the extraordinary environment of the last year, our team provided insight and innovation to clients making decisions on the path toward decarbonization, we delivered strong financial performance, and we welcomed 11 new colleagues to our Daymark team.

It is therefore with great pride that we announce the promotions of several of our team members including Doug Smith, who has been promoted to Principal Consultant, Carrie Gilbert and Dwarakesh Nallan, who have been promoted to Managing Consultant, and Chrissy Maddalo, who has been promoted to Marketing Director. Each of these important promotions demonstrate progress building our team to serve a growing client base.
Doug advises project developers, utilities, and regulators who are navigating through new business opportunities and market environments. As a Principal Consultant he will continue to build our team’s ability to provide strategic insights coupled with customized analytical solutions for clients’ decision-making.
Carrie provides strategic and technical advice to policymakers, regulators, renewable energy developers, and large C&I customers that are engaged in the renewable energy markets and are pursing decarbonization strategies and sustainability goals. As a Managing Consultant her dedication to client service will continue be a strong representation of our brand and how we help clients.
Dwarakesh supports the interconnection and integration of energy storage, renewable energy, and merchant transmission projects, advising clients engaging in ISO/RTO transmission planning processes and organized markets. As Managing Consultant he will continue to grow the capabilities of our analytical tools and team members who provide insights to clients on how targeted solutions will work.
Chrissy directs our marketing efforts, including strategy development and implementation, partnership and membership engagement, and content creation and communication. As Marketing Director she will join our management team and continue to build our platform for growth.
