Congratulations to Vineyard Wind on its winning bid in the Massachusetts Section 83C Offshore Wind Energy Generation request for proposals. The Vineyard Wind project is an 800 MW offshore wind farm and electricity transmission project south of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, owned equally by Avangrid Renewables and funds of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. The final acceptance of the bid and the award of the contract is subject to several conditions.
