Matt provides clients with economic and policy advice on matters including grid modernization, net energy metering, rates, and capital planning. He has analyzed approaches to renewable resource integration and the benefits and costs of various modes of participation on wholesale energy market performance. He advises clients on energy procurement strategy and administers procurement auctions on their behalf.
Before joining Daymark, he worked for Monitoring Analytics, LLC, the independent market monitor for PJM.
Matt holds an M.S. in Agricultural, Environmental and Regional Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. in Natural Resource Management, with a minor in resource economics, from the University of Delaware.
