Justice works with electricity clients on matters including transmission planning, power flow analysis, capacity markets, and non-transmission alternative analysis. He has developed market-based alternatives to transmission solutions, facilitated stakeholder forums on renewable resources and energy storage technologies, and administered trainings on wholesale electricity markets.
Before joining Daymark, Justice worked for ISO New England, with progressive responsibility in systems operation, resource analysis and integration, and resource adequacy.
Justice holds an M.S. in Power Systems Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
