Carrie provides decision support analysis to clients on issues related to renewable energy development and economics, asset valuation, and resource planning. She's an expert in state and regional renewable resource development, economics, and policy and has appeared as an expert witness before regulatory agencies in Georgia, North Carolina, and Rhode Island.
Before joining Daymark, she worked as a strategy consultant for U.S. and European wind turbine manufacturers. As an environmental engineer at Camp Dresser & McKee, she conducted planning and design work for municipal water and wastewater systems.
Carrie holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, a B.E. from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College, and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
