March 11, 2014: Daymark has filed our review of Manitoba Hydro’s proposal to build the Keeyask and Conawapa dams and associated transmission facilities. The analysis, including financial modeling, contract review, transmission economics analysis and risk assessment, was conducted on behalf of Manitoba’s Public Utilities Board which appointed Daymark to its team of independent experts providing technical advice on the $16.4 billion projects.
Update: On July 2, 2014, Manitoba’s Public Utilities Board issued its report with recommendations to the Government of Manitoba regarding Manitoba Hydro’s proposal.
