Marc works with industry and policymakers to develop and deploy energy infrastructure and to build effective and efficient regulatory and market structures. His principal practice areas are regulatory economics and power system planning. He advises investors, developers, utilities, and government agencies on issues including competitive power market design, strategic planning, risk management, and capital budgeting and investment analysis. He has appeared as an expert before FERC, Canadian provincial regulators, and state regulatory agencies on issues including power market design, resource economics, cost allocation, resilience planning, and risk management.
