Debbie works closely with infrastructure developers and electric utilities to analyze and identify power system solutions to meet their commercial and policy objectives. She evaluates transmission systems to identify risks and opportunities and her expertise includes open-access transmission tariffs, wholesale energy markets, and generation interconnection. She leads our production cost modeling team.
