Michael provides clients economic and financial analysis and strategic insights regarding the provision and pricing of retail and wholesale electricity and natural gas services. He has extensive experience providing regulatory advisory services in the areas of utility financial planning, cost of service studies, tariff structures, and rate design.
In his career he has held roles in multiple utilities and consulting firms, focused on financial forecasting and modeling, costing and tariff design, and retail and wholesale energy markets.
Michael holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.S. in Transportation and Public Utilities from Indiana University.
