Mary Neal advises electric and gas industry clients on resource planning, utility rates and market design issues. She has prepared and critiqued numerous electric and gas utility allocated cost of service, revenue requirement and rate design models and is the lead modeler for Daymark Energy Advisors’ AURORAxmp Northeast electric market model. She has testified before state and Canadian provincial regulatory agencies on issues related to electric market modeling, fuel cost forecasting and electric utility capital planning.
Prior to joining Daymark Energy Advisors, she designed gas turbine combustion systems for a gas turbine manufacturer.
Ms. Neal holds an M.A. in energy and environmental analysis from Boston University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis.
