Administrative Position - Part Time

Daymark Energy Advisors - Worcester, MA

Daymark Energy Advisors is a successful growing consultancy that provides integrated planning, policy, and strategic decision making advice to the North America electricity and natural gas industries.

Part-time (15 hours per week)

Qualified candidate must be friendly, courteous, and professional, with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Scan, destroy and file documents according to retention schedules
  • Compile marketing materials and bid documents
  • Prepare Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
  • Data entry
  • Receive and make phone calls
  • Communicate with vendors: order, cancel, and change services
  • Schedule and coordinate management team calendars
  • Process mailings (i.e. Mail merge)


Requirements

  • Be a flexible, self-motivated, team player
  • Pay attention to detail and have the ability to execute tasks on time and meet deadlines
  • Have the ability to learn quickly
  • Have both the ability to work closely in a small team and to work independently when needed


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least three years of administrative assistant experience in a professional office required
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Quickbooks experience a plus
